The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has restated his administration’s commitment to run an all-inclusive government, just as he promised that his government would be fair, equitable and just.

Represented by his deputy, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, who stated this in her office when she received delegates to the 5th Biennial Conference of Nasrul-Lahi-Fathi Society of Nigeria (NASFAT), held in Abeokuta, said government would be fair to all, irrespective of religion or tribe.

“His Excellency has promised to be all inclusive and his attitude to issues, governance and politics is one that speaks of peaceful coexistence. He has said in all his speeches that his vision for Ogun State is good governance and promised to be fair, equitable and just, to make things easy for people, so that they will not feel marginalised or left behind in what government is doing”, he said.

While commending the group for choosing Abeokuta as the venue of their Biennial Conference, he noted that the theme, “Peaceful Co-existence as a Panacea for National Development”, was germane, considering happenings in Nigeria and the world, added that collaborating with Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), for a peace walk was part of measures to create awareness for peaceful co-existence.

Speaking earlier, the President of NASFAT, Alhaji Mumuni Yusuf, stated that the Conference would focus on issues relating to peaceful existence among Nigerians and religious groups.
