.
Workers in Ministry of Women Affairs have been charged to make
personal development a task to be achieved in the New Year.

The Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Mrs Olusola Femi-Adeluyi
gave the charge at a prayer programme to mark the commencement of
government business for the new year in the ministry.

Mrs Femi-Adeluyi opined that the New year is full of exciting
promises for hard-working and ready- to- serve civil servants, noting
that there is a law of sowing and reaping.

While appreciating them for their cooperation in 2022,she called on
them to imbibe the spirit of team work , forgiveness and tolerance to
reach desired goals.

Earlier in his sermon ,a member of staff, Mr Julius Falodun who took
his message from Jeremiah chapter 33verse 3 said God is always ready
to listen if the people can pray.

Mr Falodun therefore charged them to walk more closely with God and
have the fear of God while discharging their duties in the new year.
