Symposium: Southwest PDP Youth Rallies Support For Atiku/Okowa
An appeal has gone to Nigerians, especially youths and students on the need to vote for the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
This appeal was made by stakeholders at a southwest youth symposium in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital, organised by PDP new generation to sensitise young Nigerians on the need to vote for PDP.
The stakeholders which included former Ekiti State deputy governor, Prof. Kolapo Olusola-Eleka, daughter of Atiku, Hauwa Atiku-Uwais, Director General New Generation, Audu Mahmood, Deputy DG, Oloyede Monsuru, Ogun PDP Youth leader, Sunkanmi Oyejide among others, stressed that Atiku is the right person to move the country forward from current state of comatose.
They urged Nigerian youths to ensure Atiku emerged victorious by voting for him enmass .
Addressing journalists, the PDP Presidential Campaign’s daughter, Hauwa Atiku-Uwais said Nigerians need President with capacity, experience and track record of excellence in both the public and private sectors.
She stressed that the southwest youth symposium was organized to open up discourse on nation-building as regards transitional, transactional and one of the most detribalized politician in Nigeria is Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Her words “the 2023 general elections is at the hand, we need a president that can guarantee and secure our future, we need a president who can restructure Nigeria, a leader who is an advocate for true federalism, we need a transformer and a reformer.
“My fellow compatriots, you will all agree with me, that as it stands today, Nigeria is sick and the only prescribed antibiotics that this country needs is His Excellency Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
On his parts, the former Ekiti Deputy Governor, Prof. Kolapo Olusola-Eleka hinted that there’s need for youths to go back to their polling unit, mobilized, educate and enlightening people about ATIKUOKOWA PROJECT so that comes February 25, Atiku will come out victorious at the poll.
