Engr. Adebare Abolurin, a committed member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, took to the streets of Abeokuta North to express his gratitude to the people for their massive support during the just-concluded elections. The rally, which started from ward 2 and toured some parts of the local government, was a celebration of the party’s resounding victory at both the presidential and national assembly levels.
The atmosphere was electric as Engr. Abolurin, in the company of the Assembly Candidate, Prince Tunde Tella, the Abeokuta North Party Chairman, Alhaja Faidat Sarumi-Akintunde, her Vice Chairman, the Local Government party Vice Chairman, and the party youth leader, among other party leaders, led the way in a road walk to show appreciation to the good people of Ogun State.
In a statement to the press, Engr. Abolurin expressed his gratitude to the people for their unwavering support, promising to continue to contribute his little quota in ensuring that the party moves forward not only at the local government level but also in Ogun State at large.
“This victory is not for the party alone, but for the people of Ogun State,” said Engr. Abolurin. “As a committed member of the APC in Abeokuta North, I am honoured to always identify with the party and will continue to do my part in ensuring that the party moves forward.”
The thank you rally was not only an expression of gratitude but also an avenue to canvass votes for the upcoming March 11th elections, as Engr. Abolurin and other party leaders called on the people to vote for the Assembly candidate and the Governor of the State, Prince Dapo Abiodun.
In the end, the rally was a testament to the strength of the APC in Ogun State and its commitment to the people. As Engr. Abolurin and other party leaders continue to lead the charge, there is no doubt that the party will continue to grow in strength and deliver on its promises to the people of Ogun State.
