The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Ogun State Council felicitates with a business guru, owner of IBD International Hotel, Abeokuta, on his birthday.
The business mogul and philanthropist, Alhaji Ibrahim Dense Egungbohun marks his birthday Friday, March 3, 2023.
According to the press statement signed by Ogun NUJ Chairman, Comrade Wale Olanrewaju described the “birthday boy”, Dende Ogungbohun as an “example of discipline, generousity, compassion, hardwork and unbendable principles”.
The Chairman, IBD Implex Limited, told thedispatch newspaper that he exclusively dedicated his special day (birthday) to the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the just concluded presidential election, saying his mentor, the president-elect, would turn the country to Nigeria of our dreams.
He appealed to Nigerians to give Tinubu their loyal support.
The Ogun NUJ Chairman, further described the popularly called IBD thus: “Ibrahim Dende Egungbohun’s signature I the hospitality industry is second to none with his magic fingers in other thriving businesses around the world,” the NUJ Chairman stated.
Commending Mr. Egungbohun for his philanthropic activities, Olanrewaju stated that the “birthday Boy” had touched many lives and reignited many lost hopes, giving lives to the aged, widows, and vulnerable.
Mr. Egungbohun, who’s currently underwriting the remodelling and innovations of about 200 year old Henry Townsend House at Iwe Irohin Press Centre, Abeokuta, has contributed to the uplift of journalism profession in the State and beyond.
The Ogun NUJ Chairman added that the Ogun NUJ Council celebrates Egungbohun’s resourcefulness and business acumen on his birthday and wishes him many more fruitful years.
