As the Ogun State local governments elections draw nearer, Engr. Shokunle Owolabi Afeez, popularly known as Niyas, has declared his intention to contest for the Chairmanship position of Abeokuta North Local Government.
Niyas, a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abeokuta North, also a former House of Assembly aspirant called for collective support to achieve his ambition.
His words, “This is not just about my ambition, but about the collective progress of our dear local government. I urge everyone to join hands with me to make Abeokuta North great again.”
